# PREDICTIONS & PROJECTIONS: 2021 & BEYOND

Join Vitec and Mindsight for our last webinar of 2020 as we explore the ongoing impact of the pandemic on our livelihoods and the Customers/Clients/Patients/Students we love and support through our beloved contact centers. Our teams have collaborated on ideas which we've run through a prediction validation process. Some of the predictions are what you'd expect, while others may be a bit shocking.

No matter what, you will find this a worthwhile way to spend 23 minutes while you eat your lunch on December 15th, 2020.

The areas we've made predictions and projections about are as follows:

- Pandemic in 2021 and Beyond: more of the same, or should you be prepared for COVID-19 in 2021?
- Contact Centers: They will still exist, but who or what will operate them?
- Work From Home: It is here to stay, but how will this impact the future of careers, job changes, and where "home" is?
- Technology: If Elon Musk is right, should we be worried?
- Virtual Agents: A deep dive into how this technology impacts our world.
